LOCALS           Enables Local Symbols                         TASM Directive

  LOCALS [prefix]

     LOCALS enables TASM to generate local symbols (see LOCAL). LOCAL
     symbols usually begin with @@, but by substituting another string
     for prefix, you can use any prefix you want.

       Notes:     Under LOCALS, any symbols defined between nonlocal
                  symbols will be regarded as purely local, and you cannot
                  reference it outside that block. (Nonlocal symbols include
                  PROC, LABEL, and labels defined with a colon.)
